Suher said he began working out for his health.

“I got a kidney transplant four years ago and I gained too much weight, and I wanted to lose some more weight. And I felt good doing it, I brought my A1C down quite a bit. The doctors at the hospital were very happy with me that I’m doing this. So, it worked out very well for me,” he said. “I don’t want to miss a day and I feel much better.”

He offered advice to people who may want to start working out and also make it a routine.

“Just try it, don’t give up. Try it one time, and maybe a second day and third day. Not everybody can do every day like I can,” he said.
