Community members are invited to an interactive class focused on nutrition and heart disease prevention.
OSF Healthcare is holding the class Monday in the Shoemake West Room at the Bureau County Metro Center, located at 837 Park Avenue.
From 3-5 p.m., attendees will learn practical strategies to strengthen heart health through everyday habits, heart-healthy eating, consequences of a poor diet and why heart-health awareness is important.
The class is open to all community members without registration.
