PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A high-energy mix of workouts, music and wellness is taking over downtown West Palm Beach today as District Fit continues at CityPlace.
The four-day festival is in full swing Saturday, with organizers calling it the main day of programming — packed with free fitness classes, recovery experiences and live DJ sets happening throughout the day.
More than 15 complimentary classes are being held across CityPlace and the nearby Hilton West Palm Beach, ranging from high-intensity workouts to yoga and run clubs.
“The response over the past few years has been incredible and inspired us to expand District Fit into a multi-day experience as we continue strengthening our focus on health and wellness in the community,” said Eileen Sturgis, Director of Marketing at Related Ross. “As wellness takes center stage globally, District Fit brings together innovators, leading brands, and dynamic cultural experiences in the heart of CityPlace—reinforcing its role as West Palm Beach’s premier gathering place.”
Top fitness brands like Equinox, TRX and HYROX are leading sessions, pairing instructors with live DJs to keep the energy going between classes.

Families are also joining in through the “Warrior Family Fit” area, where parents and kids can take part in obstacle courses, sparring and interactive challenges together.
Along the CityPlace walkway, “Restore Row” is giving attendees a chance to try out recovery tools, get stretching sessions and sample wellness products from a variety of brands.

Even for those not taking a class, the event is designed to be interactive, with music playing throughout the day and a festival-like atmosphere bringing people together around health and fitness.
Most of the programming is free, though organizers recommend signing up ahead of time due to limited space. A VIP experience is also being offered, with proceeds benefiting The Path at The Park, which focuses on expanding access to wellness resources in the community.
