Fresh Greens & Proteins will be opening in the future GF Fitness!
Fresh Greens and Proteins is coming soon to Newington! The eatery will be located inside GF Fitness at 3563 Berlin Turnpike, serving as the primary food vendor inside the new gym.
The eatery serves smoothies, acai bowls, salads, grain bowls, wraps, and much more! Fresh Greens & Proteins features a create-your-own-salad with many toppings and proteins; along with an assortments of crafted salads.
This will be their fifth location in Connecticut. They have other locations in New Britain, Hamden, Branford, and Watertown. A juice/smoothie bar was previously located in the former LA Fitness.
We have reached out to GF Fitness for more updates on their opening and have not heard back. Several weeks ago, signage had been installed on the front of the building, including pylon signs along the roadways.
