Zadie’s Bake Shop Announces Soft Opening for Next Week in Fair Lawn
A well-known kosher bakery is preparing to open its new location in Bergen County.
Zadies Bake Shop is set to debut next week at 2150 Promenade Boulevard in Fair Lawn, with a soft opening scheduled for Wednesday morning.
The new location follows a 2024 fire that impacted the bakery’s previous operations, prompting the move to a new space.
Zadies, which has served customers across the area for many years, is known for its traditional recipes and long-standing reputation for fresh, daily baked goods.
The business operates as a fourth-generation kosher bakery, offering a range of breads, challah, pastries, and desserts made using established recipes and high-quality ingredients. The bakery also offers nut-free and dairy-free options.
According to the company, the Fair Lawn location has been under construction as part of the transition, allowing the business to continue serving its customer base in a new setting.
The soft opening is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22nd at 7:00am.
