The programmes follow the success of the three-night retreat Djokovic led in November last year, which focused on detoxification. The stays combined racquet training, strength, conditioning and restorative therapies with mindfulness practices.
Mobility and recovery
The new retreat offers guests an insight into the methods behind Djokovic’s career and is rooted in Aman’s holistic wellness and longevity philosophy.
Over three days, sessions will include movement, hydrotherapy, acupuncture and reflexology as well as breathwork and on-court tennis training with a professional coach.
Guests will also experience thermal practices, such as Aman’s signature banya ritual, to stimulate circulation and support the immune system.
The third day will be dedicated to integration and renewal, with sessions in pranayama or sound healing to restore energetic flow and encourage deep relaxation.
