THE WHAT? Nykaa has promoted Pearl Shah to Senior Vice President, Owned Brands, to lead its portfolio of in-house beauty brands.
THE DETAILS In her expanded role, Shah will oversee brands including Kay Beauty, Nykaa Cosmetics, Nykaa Wanderlust and Nykaa Fragrances, continuing to drive marketing and growth across the portfolio. She previously led portfolio marketing and played a key role in scaling Nykaa’s owned brands business.
Shah brings extensive experience from prior roles at Unilever, where she worked on brands such as Love Beauty & Planet and Lakmé, as well as leadership positions at CRED, Snapdeal and Jabong.
