US: Luxury vacation rental management company Driftwood Properties has rebranded as Chosen as it looks to expand its wellness-led offering across California and beyond.
The Santa Barbara County-based company said the relaunch includes a new website, refreshed brand identity and a stronger focus on wellness experiences within its short-term rental portfolio.
Chosen currently manages more than 30 properties across Santa Barbara County, including homes in Montecito, Summerland and Hope Ranch, with plans to expand into markets such as Park City and Charleston.
The company said a growing number of properties now include wellness amenities such as saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy and yoga equipment, alongside partnerships with local wellness providers offering services including spa treatments, fitness sessions and in-home massages.
Founder and CEO Aidan Williams said the rebrand reflects the company’s long-term focus on curated hospitality and guest experience.
“We built Chosen for homeowners who expect their property to be treated as exceptional and guests who refuse to settle,” he said.
Chosen said it is positioning itself as an alternative to larger volume-driven vacation rental management companies by focusing on a smaller curated portfolio and more direct relationships with homeowners.
