MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) – This edition of Upper Michigan Today was an exploration into the age-old tradition of Taco Tuesday… on a Wednesday?!
UMT celebrated Cinco De Mayo a day late with a glimpse into the family taco nights of both Audrey Stetson and John Redfield. The Stetsons’ taco night was quite traditional for a typical Yooper family: simple and gets the job done. The Redfields added a little more… spice.
Watch Upper Michigan Today share family recipes, cooking tips and tricks and foodie memories below!
