YogaSix to host “Rise & Shine: Sculpt & Restore” event Saturday morning in the Piazza at Palladio
Mother’s Day weekend will begin with fitness, relaxation and community connection at Palladio as the popular outdoor shopping and entertainment destination hosts a special “Rise & Shine: Sculpt & Restore Mother’s Weekend Edition” event in partnership with YogaSix this Saturday morning.
Designed as a wellness-focused kickoff to Mother’s Day weekend, the event invites guests to bring their mothers, friends and yoga mats to the Piazza for a morning centered around movement, self-care and community engagement. Organizers say the event will combine high-energy fitness with restorative experiences, breakfast offerings and giveaways in one of Folsom’s busiest gathering spaces.
The morning begins at 10 a.m. with the featured “Rise & Shine Sculpt” session, a YogaSix Sculpt class intended to energize and strengthen participants through a full-body workout experience. Following the sculpt session, attendees can transition into the “Community Restore, Stretch & Reset” portion of the event beginning at 10:45 a.m., offering a cool-down and stretching session open to all fitness levels.
From 11:15 a.m. until noon, attendees can continue the wellness experience with a variety of interactive offerings throughout the Piazza. Guests will be able to enjoy chair massages provided by Massage Heights, discounted B-12 shots from Restore Hyper Wellness, and healthy grab-and-go breakfast options from Palladio retailers.
Additional activities throughout the morning will include raffle prizes from participating retailers and photo opportunities designed to help families and friends commemorate the Mother’s Day weekend outing together.
Located at 410 Palladio Parkway, Palladio has become one of the Sacramento region’s leading lifestyle and entertainment destinations, drawing visitors from throughout the region with its blend of retail, restaurants, entertainment and community-centered programming. The center hosts more than 50 events annually and features nearly 100 retailers and attractions, including Sephora, H&M, Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack, Palladio LUXE Cinema, Victoria’s Secret and Dave & Buster’s.
The “Rise & Shine: Sculpt & Restore Mother’s Weekend Edition” event takes place Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon in the Piazza at Palladio. Participation is open to the community.
