Andrew Archambault, Hershey’s former US president, has moved to nutrition, beverage, and wellness brands company Nutrabolt.
As of Monday, Archambault is the global company’s new president and chief operating officer, according to a company news release.
Nutrabolt is primarily known for performance energy products, including C4 Energy drinks, women’s health and wellness brand Bloom, sports nutrition brand Cellucor, and recovery and hydration brand Xtend.
Archambault will manage Nutrabolt’s commercial and operational functions, including sales, supply chain, and international operations.
Archambault joins Nutrabolt as the company continues to expand leadership in performance energy category, grow share across energy and modern soda, and invest in emerging brands within active nutrition, according to the company release. With his appointment, the company aims to increase its ability to execute with greater operational discipline, speed, and commercial focus.
Archambault said in the news release that he looks forward to strengthening the company’s performance and helping drive growth. He added that Nutrabolt, “has built an exceptional portfolio and strong team.”
Overall, Archambault holds more than 30 years of consumer packaged goods leadership experience. He served most recently at The Hershey Co. as Hershey US president after being promoted in March, according to a company news release, from managing confections to Hershey’s entire US portfolio, combining sweet, salty, and protein snacks. He left The Hershey Co. on May 1.
Archambault joined Hershey from Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) in February 2025 as president, US Confection. He managed brands that included Hershey’s, Reese’s, and Jolly Rancher.
Archambault brought to Hershey a wealth of experience from KDP, where he held the title of president, US Refreshment Beverages, helping to evolve brands such as Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, and Motts.
KDP holds an ownership stake of approximately 30% in Nutrabolt, following a strategic partnership the companies struck in 2022.

Founded more than 20 years ago, Nutrabolt’s portfolio is distributed in more than 125 countries and available through company-owned DTC platforms, Amazon, and other direct-to-consumer online marketplaces, as well as US retailers, such as Walmart, Target, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Kroger, H-E-B, Wawa, Publix, GNC, and The Vitamin Shoppe.
