Main Street Nutrition celebrated five years of serving Main Street and the City of Portland on Saturday, April 18, with a special anniversary event.
The birthday celebration lasted from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., and guests were invited to stop by the storefront to order their favorite beverage, make a fresh flower bouquet, grab a sweet treat and try a new drink from the “employee favorites” menu in honor of the special day.
Main Street Nutrition offers specialty teas, shakes, acai bowls, energy drinks, coffees and more, according to their online menu.
Lexi Young, the co-owner of Main Street Nutrition, took to Facebook in a social media post stating, “THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!”
She went on to say, “Yesterday we celebrated five whole years of serving you guys, and it was truly such a fun day! Thank you to everyone who came out to support, and to everyone who has come in over the last five years. It’s not lost on me how lucky I am that this is my job! The people I have met, the friends I have made and honestly just the overall support we’ve been shown is nothing short of incredible. I will never get over how much God has blessed our little place on Main Street! Here’s to five more years!”
Lexi and Jason Young, siblings and owners of Main Street Nutrition, also extended a special thanks to those who helped make the day possible, including Lauren for the photos, Ton Ton for the balloon arch, Mrs. Marry for the flowers, Bri and Meredith for helping with setup, Paige for making the shirts and Mrs. Donna with Graphic Obsessions for the stickers.
