The move marks a new chapter for Mellness, a wellness studio dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain, after the practice outgrew its original space. The new studio offers approximately 900 square feet of dedicated wellness space, allowing for expanded programming, educational workshops, movement classes, and hands-on services designed to support long-term health and well-being.

Founded by Mel Marth and Dan Raisner, Mellness combines movement education, stretch therapy, corrective exercise, personal training, and practical self-care strategies to help clients improve mobility, reduce discomfort and pain, and build confidence in their bodies.

“Our original space served us well, but demand continued to grow,” said Marth. “This new location allows us to broaden what we offer and create more opportunities for people to learn practical techniques they can immediately apply in their everyday lives. Education is empowering, and we want our clients to leave not only feeling better, but understanding how to maintain those results long-term.”

To celebrate the grand opening, Mellness is offering a special “3/30/30 Promotion” throughout the month of June: Three Classes for $30 – Valid for 30 Days. The introductory offer is intended to encourage community members to discover which classes best fit their individual wellness goals, while exploring the studio’s educational and movement- based programs. Mellness welcomes individuals of all ages and stages of life.
