Dietary supplements: Kim Kardashian takes 35 capsules a day

During an appearance on the podcast Good Hang, hosted by Amy Poehler, Kim Kardashian revealed that she takes around 35 dietary supplements every day to maintain her health. She divides these supplements into three doses throughout the day.

Among those many capsules and tablets, she also follows the recommendations of David Sinclair, a Harvard University professor specializing in longevity research. Her list includes NMN, nootropic dietary supplements and, above all, fish oil.

Fish oil: Kim Kardashian’s wellness favorite

Fish oil, which is produced from the tissue of oily fish, is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, especially eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

It is believed to help reduce inflammation, improve brain function, ease joint pain and even improve the appearance of the skin.

But during her health journey, Kim Kardashian felt a certain fatigue and saturation with the whole process. Although she does not question the positive effects of the dietary supplements she uses, she openly admitted that she had simply grown tired of taking such a large number of pills every day.

“I stopped taking those dietary supplements (fish oil), and then I got my blood test results and the difference was so obvious after I stopped that I had to start taking them again.”

Faced with the feeling of pill fatigue, Kim Kardashian admits that she would like to find a more practical solution for her everyday routine, such as intravenous treatments.

“I wish there were some kind of infusion (with fish oil) that I could simply receive every day while going to work.”
