2 tbsp tahini, juice of half a lemon, himalayan salt, garlic powder to taste, 3 tbsp water (or more if you want it thinner)
Roasted the sweet potato at 425F for 35 minutes flipping half way
Roasted the broccoli for 15 minutes with the sweet potato
