A new wellness spa in Montgomery is not only inviting clients in to relax — they’re also equipped to bring relaxation to you.
Glow Haus — a women-owned, founded and operated med spa — offers an array of services, from traditional spa services such as massages, facials, dermaplaning, brow tints and laminations, lash tints and lifts, and waxing, to more specialized relaxation services such as Shiatsu, Reiki, and intuitive coaching. The spa also operates a mobile unit that brings many of Glow Haus’ services to clients.
Owner Lisa Fisher said she’s always wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps and open her own business. She said she saw an opportunity to create a business like Glow Haus when her daughter became an esthetician.

“Our main goal is to have a sanctuary for people to come and relax, have some self-care, and just have a good experience,” Fisher said. “I think we cater toward a more luxurious relaxation feeling as we are not only a med spa, but we are also a full facial spa.”

Caroline Fisher, the owner’s daughter, said that Glow Haus’ mobile spa unit was inspired by her own mobility struggles after being in a serious car accident five years ago.
“I couldn’t really get out and do much, I was in a wheelchair,” Fisher said. “So, I really want to reach people who are stuck in their house. It was a nice idea to me to think about making something mobile, to be able to go to nursing homes or assisted living places, to bring this to people who want to do something nice but can’t get out, or who need help [moving].”
Glow Haus is at 8243 Old Federal Road and is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
