More than 700 turn out for a free day of wellness programming

Last month, Xcel Padel hosted a special event in Westlake to teach children with autism how to play a sport that blends elements of tennis and squash. Padel is a fast-paced sport played indoors in doubles that blends elements of tennis and squash. It is roughly one-third the size of a tennis court. Some people are just not ready to meet people out at these nightclubs and stuff. More than 700 people turned out for a free day of Pilates, padel, recovery experiences and wellness programming.

Over the last 60 days, Xcel Padel in West Palm Beach and Westlake have hosted seven wellness-focused events.

Last month, Xcel Padel hosted a special event in Westlake to teach children with autism how to play a sport that blends elements of tennis and squash.

Padel is a fast-paced sport played indoors in doubles that blends elements of tennis and squash. It is roughly one-third the size of a tennis court.
