In this video I explain why inject-able vitamin C works better than trying to get it from the food you eat.

Did you know that humans are the only animals which don’t make their own vitamin C?
Vitamin C is needed by the body to support our immune system. It is also used by the body to help with digestion and synthesis of protein from the foods we eat.
Unfortunately the way our food supplies have been bred for taste and flavor over nutritional content, has meant that the same foods which used to contain sufficient vitamin C even a hundred years ago now contain less than 25% as much, meaning that most people are now deficient.
Linus Pauling (search for his old videos) advised that ideally humans should consume between 2-3 grams per day for ideal immune strength and health.
If you try to take that much as a supplement on a regular basis you will end up with diarrhea (not fun).
The only way to safely take in the additional amounts you need is via intravenous or injectable form. By putting is directly into the blood stream you bypass the stomach and those running to the bathhroom problems and you control exactly how much gets in (ie: all of it). Plus it stays in your system longer.
Dr Robert Nettles, who I get my daily shots from, has a special deal for people during the current safer-at-home orders. He normally sells each shot for $75 each but during the shut-down you can get them for just $25 each. Make sure when you call to let him know you heard about this from DNA Chef Jay!
