Immunity food series, episode 1. Only way to fight corona virus is to boost our immune system. Hence our body needs healthy food, full of protein and minerals. Rajma makes a great substitute for meat, it has lots of minerals and protein. Rajma Ultima is tasty, immune boosting and delicious food.
Ingredients :
Rajma beans 1 cup
Tomatoes 2 numbers
Pounded Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Onion 2 nos finely chopped
Turmeric powder half tsp
Red chilli powder one tea spoon
Black cardamon 1
Bay leaf 1
Green Elaichi 3
Clove 4-5
Cinnamon 1″
Sea Salt
Potatoes
Cold press Mustard oil 2-3 tsp
Method :
1.Soak Rajma Beans over night.
2.Pressure cook it with bay leaf, black cardamon & sea salt.
3.Heat oil in a pan.
4.Temper with two red chillies,
add whole garam masalas. Fry potatoes , 2 green cardamon. keep it aside. 5.Add onion, green chilli and ginger garlic paste.
6.Add turmeric, red chilli, fried potatoes. Mix it well.
7.Add boiled rajma beans and cook for sometimes. make sure potatoes are well cooked.
Serve it with cilantro(Green Coriander) and garlic Chutney.
