* NUTS & SEEDS for proteins and fats * APPLES last for three weeks or so in the fridge * ORANGES high in Vitamin C , they also last in the fridge .
* POMEGRANATES good source of Vit C and K * GRAPES  good concentration of antioxidants, vitamin K and B vitamins
* Amla and fresh Haldi high  content of vitamin C , curcumin ( strong antioxidant) * *CARROTS , PUMPKINS “ anything naturally orange ! They are good source of beta carotene , an important immunity booster *

MILK ALTERNATIVES smart option if there’s a run on fresh milk , especially if you have kids .

WHAT NOT TO BRING * PACKAGED CAKES , DONUTS & COOKIES  not a great idea for someone who is worried about their immunity
