Ingredients
Skin and Core of 1 whole pineapple roughly chopped
3-4 inch ginger – peeled and grated
2-3 inch fresh turmeric grated
3-4 Indian goose berry (Amla) grated
6-7 tulsi leaves (holy basil)
1-1.5 L water

Method
Put all the ingredients in a big pot and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes
Strain and add juice of 1 small orange and 1 tbs of lemon juice
1 tsp of honey
mix it well and serve hot
