Obviously I, Vanessa Raphael, wrote «The Vitamin D Lifestyle & Recipe Book» based on my own health journey with endometriosis, fatigue, my mum’s MS and more. My husband Tobias helped me cook, took the photos and designed the book, so he learned a lot about clean eating, supplements, Vitamin D and everything else, we thought it would be a fun little switch up to have him try to introduce the book… what do you think?
