General Meal Plan:
Breakfast- Protein shake/Scrambled eggs w/ one slice of wheat toast
Lunch- 8oz Ground turkey 1 Cup of mixed vegetables
Post workout meal- Protein Shake
Dinner- 6-8 oz Flank Steak/Chicken Breast/Turkey with 1-1/2 cup of mixed vegetables
