For today’s vlog share ko yung 5 best, easy, effective exercises without equipment para mag ka rounded, toned and palkihin ang pwer at balakang ng mabilis
On this video I shared 5 exercises for your glutes that help target all of their functions and not just one.

NOTE: sa mga gusto ng malakeng pwet (PWET GOALS)
-You should workout your glutes 3-4x a week depending sa sore na mararamdaman mo the next day.
-Eat high protein foods like chicken breast, turkey, lean beef, tuna, or protein shakes para ma suportahan yung mga tear muscles mo para sa faster recovery.
-Must do the exercises right, to prevent injuries.
– Para Lumake ang Pwet at balakang ng mabilis, kaylangan maging consistent
