Why am I not losing weight?
When you are stressed your body wants to store fat. This can drive you a bit crazy if you have fitness goals and you want to lose weight and drop body fat. If you are going to a stressful time in life, weight loss might be limited. However, you should look at it in a different way. Because the body wants to store fat, even if you don’t gain any weight you are making progress. So look at no weight gain as progress during times of high stress. Of course you want the scale to move but no weight gain is better than weight gain.
