The protective triad of wearing facemasks, social distancing and hand washing is what we have been told to do to best fight the CoronaVirus. The argument is we cannot improve someone’s immune system overnight, which is why we are not focusing on what really needs to be addressed and that is getting the community healthier.
Instead we should be focused on getting healthy and improving our immune systems so our bodies can better fight off viruses and infections. We need to be getting our full sleep that our body needs, getting better nutrition for our body, and getting exercise. A study conducted by Appalachian State University found out that simply going for a walk cause short term boosts in parameters most notably for nutrafuels and natural killer cells blood counts. Natural killer cells are proven chemically to kill CoronaVirus infected cells.
