For my Friends and Family who have sent us messages of care and concern for the fact that we live in Washington state, I thank you and appreciate you. I took the time to make this video to help give practical ideas of what you can do in your own home to help your own immune system. These are *some of the things we do. I have no desire to get into debates. I am simply sharing what we do that works for us. (I left out essential oils and salt soaking). I feel that sometimes a voice of reason helps calm and enable a more proactive approach to self awareness. Take it, leave it, share it, laugh at it or whatever. Our lifestyle has not stopped because of this virus. I did not wear a mask when I flew twice this last week. You will see us out in public without masks.
