Nutrition International, along with the Ministry of Health developed the Quality Reporting Self-Assessment (QRS) tools to assess the quality of reporting and implementation of the Vitamin A Supplementation (VAS) program. This video is a documentation of the experiences of District and Provincial Health Offices in using the QRS tools and its effectiveness in improving the quality of recording and reporting for the VAS program.
