Whole Milk Yogurt
Rosemary oil:

I used this molasses hair treatment as a molasses hair prepoo treatment but you can also use it as a diy hair treatment.

There are so many benefits of molasses for your health, hair and overall well being. The best molasses to use is Organic Unsulphured Molasses. I got my molasses from Target but you can also find it here:

Molasses s a waste byproduct pf sugar cane. It contains several vitamins such as vitamin B6. zinc, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, and selenium.
If you have anemia, and even fibroid and heavy bleeding and menstrual cramp, molasses can help you. It helps to create more red blood cells and can make iron deficiency a thing of the past.

If you want to use it internally, you can consume a tablespoon of it a day or add it to a cup of warm water. Be careful because it can stain teeth and damage enamel if you don’t brush teeth after using or if you use too often.

It can also help with digestive issues like constipation. If you have heart issues, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or even risk of stroke.

Since it contains vitamin B, it can help reduce stress. I have noticed this A LOT. Because of its high sugar content, it will give you a boost of energy. Due to this, try not to use too close to your bed time. I like that it contains calcium because it will help in maintaining your bone density and muscle mass.
Lastly, it can help with changing the color of your grey hair because the copper will deposit into the hair.
