As I told you earlier in my previous video about the role Vitamin C plays in our immune system, one of the agents that is being used to treat corona virus patients is Vitamin C. That means it is very important for our immune system. That is why it is very important that we get to know about the various sources from which it can be obtained. SO let us get into it.

To begin with , let’s look at some causes of Vitamin C deficiency.
1, Insufficient amount of Vitamin C in our diet.
2. Infections that put stress on the immune system.

A healthy adult needs at least 200mg of Vitamin C PER DAY.
SOME FIVE SOURCES OF VITAMIN C
1. Leafy greens ; broccoli, cauliflower
2 Bell pepper, Hot pepper
3. Citrus fruits : oranges,lemon,kiwi,guava,grapefruits
4.Strawberries
5. Papaya
These fruits are going to help you maintain a strong immune system such that even when you are infected with the new corona virus, the symptoms will be mild as compared to someone whose immune system is weak ;

Some people prefer to take Vitamin C supplement. if you are on that journey, remember to take
