Today I will be sharing a recipe I have been using for 9yrs now and it has helped me tremendously with my asthma, fighting off cold, eliminating mucus and maintaining a strong 💪 respiratory system.
*Of course this will work best with a alkaline diet

Asthma:
An inflammatory disease, causing difficulty in breathing
Just a few facts about the ingredients used above
Garlic:
Lower cholesterol and anti inflammatory properties
Ginger:
Anti inflammatory and helps with severe asthma
Red onion (onions):
Anti oxidants, anti bacteria, anti viral and anti inflammatory properties
Lime:
Vitamin C, reduces inflammation, anti oxidants and promotes healthier younger looking skin
Cayenne pepper:
Stimulate secretion and protects mucus membranes from upper and lower respiratory track.
Great source of beta-carotene which has a great effects on reducing many asthma symptoms. It’s best to drink as a tea.
Honey 🍯
Increases saliva production and reduces irritation in the throat. It’s anti inflammatory properties decreases the swelling of the airways that accompanies asthma.
