Fish oils are said to be high in omega-3 fats EPA and DHA. These fatty acids have several benefits. It is said that many bodybuilders use fish oils to help their health and promote wellness in their bodies. Your body is unable to produce these fatty acids on its own, and that is the fish oil, that has been extracted from the tissues of fatty fish such as salmon, herring, halibut and mackerel is used to improve health.
You can also get the omega-3s in plant foods such as, walnuts, flex seeds and pine nuts, but are said to give less of the same results as the fish does.
