I bought this product for my son. He wasn’t acting himself (i.e. moodiness, agitated, basically Miserable). I contacted his doctor and asked for blood work to be done including having his Vitamin D level tested.
His doctor agreed and a few days later he called to give me the results. He said that my son’s level for Vitamin D was DEFICIENT he was at 14!!! Mercy!!
The doctor recommended a Vitamin D supplement of 50,000 IU. So I began to research online and found ForestLeaf…liked what I read and ordered it. I know this sounds crazy, but with only one dose, my son’s mood seemed to improve.
Was I being too optimistic?? So I asked my husband if he noticed any change. He too agreed!! My son of course is still on Vitamin D3 50,000 IU and I see no reason to stop!

I liked that it was easy to swallow. I am 66 years old and was waking up tired like I didnt get ANY sleep, even though I went to bed early. This Vit D has solved a big part of my sleep problem, the other is my heavy snoring.
My doctor recommended a blood test, which showed low Vit D. So, he recommended 50,000 IU of Vit D for two weeks, to bring my Vit D levels back up quickly, then 2,000 IU after.
Feel much better! Now just have to take care of the snoring to get good sleep. Dont get this at the pharmacy, theyll rip you off!
