Everyone knows Coronavirus or COVID-19, hit very hard to human life as well as our economy, now you can see all countries one by one is gonna
open within 3 to 4 weeks.

Before everyone was expecting we will do lockdown and will eliminate completely then everything gonna open, but that is not the case now,
every country COVID cases are increasing but still the country is going to open, which means your chance to get this virus is much faster and easier than before,
you will be traveling, as usual, you will be working as usual, and if someone carrying this virus and you will be in contact with them definitely this virus will pass it on to you.

If you are healthy even you have this virus you will be safe even without a fever. The human body have the capacity to prevent any viruses.
But you must be healthy and your immune system should be good

2. You must careful with your diet, your food. you must include all of these on your daily diet.

Have at least one bowl of fresh leaves and vegetables, a variety of salads

This Boosts immunity, reduce your risk of chronic disease.

Daily exercise is also most important to boost your immune system. At least 40 minutes of physical activity is a must to stay safe from COVID-19.
Exercise such as GYM, Jogging, Cycling, Swimming any physical activities.
