Hey luvs! In this video I am talking all about Spirulina, it’s potential benefits and my experience and uses for it. Being one of the most nutritious super foods on the planet it packs a powerful punch. It is full of antioxidants, it is very anti-inflammatory, cleanses our bodies of heavy metals, protects against radiation poisoning, it is full of vitamins and high in protein, as well as many other things. It has been a part of my lifestyle for many years, it has helped with inflammation, allergies, workout recovery and even assisted my body in adapting to altitude when I summited Mount Kilimanjaro last year.
