WATERMELON IMMUNITY BOOSTER JUICE | Monday, 8 June 2020

As usual with my Immunity Booster Juices, I have fresh turmeric and ginger with pepper for the polyphenols and a limau kapas for the Vitamin C. The base is a watermelon with rind and skin, and I also added some red and green spinach stems leftover from making my Red & Green Salad yesterday.

Both polyphenols and Vitamin C are major antioxidants and they help optimise your body’s innate immunity.
