1.Kindly ensure that you are not only having a balanced diet but a diversified kind of diet( make good use of the 10 food groups)
2 .Ensure intake of adequate fluids,at least 2litres of water/day.
3.Consider supplementation with vitamin C,A,B6,D,E,iron ,folate and fiber incase you are not getting enough from your food .
4.Ensure you get enough sleep,rest,reduced stress.
5. Avoid alocohol and tobacco products.
6.Keep on making the home remedies for colds; ie dawa(ginger+honey+ lemon )
7.Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables.
8.Limit intake of refined carbohydrates and sugar sweetened beverages.
