Jon Venus who has been well known as a vegan fitness youtuber has decided to quit the vegan lifestyle and has gone back to eating animal products and he claims this is for health reasons. Jon claims it is unnatural for someone to take supplements and a plant based diet is not ideal for human health long term especially for younger individuals.
