It’s a brief version of my morning ritual. I have been experimenting this morning routine for about three years and experience a lot of positive feedback for my physical and mental health. I feel some good habit (like workout, yoga, meditation, vegetarianism,…etc) can make our life healthy and peaceful. My intention is to make all of us healh conscious.
