What is coronavirus?
Coronavirus is large family of viruses that affects the respiratory tract. It cause respiratory illness from common cold to more severe complications or diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV).
But the current strain (COVID-19) is new to identified in human beings.
How does COVID-19 spread?
This virus is spread from person to person if infected patient is comes in your contact.
Respiratory droplets generated if infected person sneeze or cough. The droplets stick on the different surfaces and also stick on hands. When a healthy person touching these surfaces may exposed to Coronavirus.
Infected person shake hands with other people is also a source of spreading disease. Touching mouth and eyes with hand that shake or touched with infected person or surfaces, transfer virus in human body.
What happens when person get Coronavirus?
Coronavirus enters your body when you touched face with infected hands. When you get coronavirus it stay in respiratory tract. Then virus multiplies in respiratory tract.
When virus enters your body your body’s immune system activate and fight against virus as a result your body temperature will be high. Then virus goes to lungs and causing pneumonia. This type of pneumonia can be fatal.
Level of severity may cause multi-organ failure.
Common symptoms of coronavirus:

Commonly symptoms were dry cough, fever, runny nose, fatigue. Some patient may experience shortness of breath and muscle pain. Few patient experienced diarrhea and nausea.
Who is at risk?
Older adults and people with chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, chest infection and lungs disease are at higher risk of coronavirus disease.
