This is my No Gym Equipment workout for glutes and upper body. Take 20 mins to do this intense workout at home. You can use heavy stones and bricks to do these exercises.
The small wall in my video is very useful. Look for flat platforms you can jump on. Take this time to get Vitamin D from the sun while you work out. Have fun and work hard because this Winter weather is going to make us gain some weight.
