AMLA CHUTNEY

Indian ‘chutneys’ are well known for their excellent digestive properties and nutritional benefits, besides the fact that these are absolutely mouth-watering.

Indian gooseberry or amla is without a doubt a powerhouse of nutrients.
Whether eaten raw, juiced, powdered or simply added in an array of pickles, jams, dips or spreads – including amla in your diet means adding points to your health scorecard.
Amla is an excellent source of Vitamin C, hence it helps boost your immunity, metabolism and prevents viral and bacterial ailments, including cold and cough.

Not only in today’s times, but always, it is absolutely imperative to have immunity boosting foods.
All the other ingredients in this recipe boast of an excellent nutritional profile and only add to one’s good health.

Ingredients:
7-8 Amla
7-8 cloves of garlic
2 inches ginger
3 green chillies
Coriander leaves (use Mint (Pudhina) leaves as an even tastier alternative)
Salt as per taste

Process:
Wash, Peel, cut, grind and eat.
