Healthy raw quick cake with strawberry and cashew cream – No baking + nutritional value
Cake
120 grams of oats 4,2 oz
100 grams of almonds 3,5 oz
60 grams of chia seeds 2,1 oz
70 grams of pitted dates 2,4 oz
30 grams of dried raisins 1 oz
200g cashew nuts for cream 7 oz
50 g currant blueberries 1,7 oz
200g strawberries 7 oz
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons coconut oil
Spoon cocoa

Cream 1
chop – blend cashews into powder, pour boiling water about 1 dl, add 2-3 drops of vanilla aroma and leave to soften for about 10 minutes
After it softens and thickens, add a little more water if necessary (one tablespoon), lemon juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of honey mix it all in to nice cream

Cream 2
Prepare strawberries into pieces and mix in a little bit of honey, let stand for a while.

Mix,

Add a tablespoon and a half of chia seeds that will thicken the cream. Refrigerate for 30 minutes approx

Biscuit

Pour hot water into the dates so that it covers and let them soften for about 10 minutes
Put almonds on a pan to lightly fry, get the smell and color (no oil)
Slice or mix the almonds into slightly larger pieces and add to the bowl in which we prepare the biscuit
Mix the oats into the oatmeal (flour) and add to the almonds
Add chia seeds 30g
Cocoa powder one tablespoon
Chop the dried raisins and add to the biscuit
Dates Mix into a porridge (mash) and add to the biscuit
Stir everything together
Add one tablespoon of coconut oil
And mix everything together well into a compact mixture

Stacking cakes
Arrange the biscuit in a cake pan
Spread strawberry cream on the biscuit and put in the freezer for about 20 minutes to thicken
When the strawberry cream is thicken, add the cashew cream
Top with fruit as desired
Put the Cake in the freezer for about 2 hours
