BEIJING: The Chinese company Synovik Biotech Limited says its corona vaccine has the potential to stimulate a patient’s health and immune system during human trials. Experts have hinted that the vaccine could be a strong defense against the new corona virus, Covid 19. According to company data, the vaccine, dubbed Corona Week, does not have a negative effect on the patient during human trials. The people who tested it developed strong and effective immunity against Covid 19 two weeks later, including antibodies needed to neutralize the virus. According to a statement from the Beijing-based company, preliminary results of the first and second phases of the vaccine have been released to humans, involving 743 healthy people between the ages of 18 and 59. The first phase involved 143 people, while the second phase involved 600 people. The people who were vaccinated had more than 90% levels of antibodies to the virus after 14 days, but no serious side effects were seen. According to a company spokesperson, the results of the vaccine on another group will be released soon. The trial period was 28 days and these results will be published in educational journals.
