Exercise 1: Incline Pushup or Regular Pushup ( 300-350 repetitions Daily )
Exercise 2: Squats and Pulse Squats ( 200 repetitions Daily )
Exercise 3: Pullups any grip ( 100 repetitions Daily)

Totals After 30 Days
10,000 plus reps for pushups/incline pushups
6000 reps for squats
3000 reps for pullups

Had to be done at 3 am in the morning before 4 am …. without music just affirmations
