These Avocado Muffins are perfect for a breakfast with a cup of coffee or just as a healthy afternoon snack!
What is the benefits of eating avocado?
Additionally, avocados are loaded with nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B, vitamin E, and vitamin A. Avocados are also a good source of dietary fiber, which helps reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity, according to the California Avocados website.
INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas
1/2 avocado
1/2 CUP oat flour
3 tsp honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp apple vinegar
1/2 CUP veggie milk
1/4 CUP water
1 tbsp dark cocoa
1/4 CUP chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender
2. Fill a cupcake/muffin pan with the mix
3. Bake in the oven for 20 min at 180C or 350F.
