• Serving: 4 Cups
• Water – 1 liters,
• Giloy – 4 Sticks of 3 inches,
• Jaggery (Gur) – As Per Taste,
• Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp,
• Cloves (long) – 4-5
• Cardamom (Iliachi) – 2
• Cinnamon Stick – 1/2 tsp,
• Tulsi leaves – 15-17 leafs
• Ashwagandha Leaf – 1 leaf (Don’t Use lemon or any kind of Salt if using ashwagandha leaf).
• Ginger and Turmeric – 1 inches each.
Method:
1. Boil the above ingredients together for 20 minutes.
2. Strain the water and consumer immunity booster drink.
