We live in such a pop-a-pill culture. Seems like there is a pill for everything!!
But do pills really work? Well yes they do but NOT better than food. Now if you need to supplement in a hurry and mega doses, it may work for certain types of vitamins, but how do you know your body will accept a single mega dose of a single vitamin, mineral or nutrient? Never in history has this ever been the case. Previously we used to just eat good food. The food we used to eat 100 years ago contained absorbable nutrition that’s why we didn’t need supplements and now the food is so bad, that we need supplements to get our nutrients.
