I take supplements every day and notice significant benefits and I think many of y’all probably should too. Why I’m skeptical of the pop science.

More comments I had: 
• My bfast had more manganese than this dude was worried about would give him Parkinson’s disease. Yet, some of the world’s oldest ppl eat junk like this every day so it can’t be *that* bad  study he cites seems like a bold leap from weak and poorly controlled data 
• I also had a Chinese/Ayurvedic herbal tea w/ my bfast, which I had read somewhere is supposedly bad for you like seafood b/c of a relatively high heavy metal content. Idc about this, yet
• Serum copper and number of studies are not good indicators of dietary copper recommendations, similar to cholesterol. It’s not in maybe half of multivitamins and idk what the oxidative stress link he cites supposedly is
• *important* “Most people with normal diets aren’t deficient in B vitamins” he’s wrong, e.g. the active form of B6 PLP  Study identifies trends of vitamin B6 status in US population sample. medicalxpress.com
