INGREDIENTS
•150 gr Fresh Turmeric (or 3 Tbs ground turmeric)
• 2 inch of fresh ginger (1Tbs ground ginger)
• whole lemon for fresh lemon jc (45 ml)
• 60 ml honey syrup ( 30ml honey 30ml hot water and stir it)
• 1 lt mineral water or coconut water
• add pinch of pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
• wash and cleaned turmeric and ginger, cut small.
•put water, turmeric and ginger in blender, if it’s small blender, put small part of water for blend and mix the rest in bigger pot.
• set a strainer over a jug or pot. Add honey syrup, lemon juice and pepper (pepper can be added whenever ready to drink) Stir all together.
• put in a jar container or cooler and keep refrigerated. Last up to 4 days.

• Turmeric – Boost the immune system, high antioxidants, anti inflammatory, helps with depression, lower risk for heart disease, and delay anti aging
•Ginger – anti inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral
•Lemon – antioxidants, high in vitamin C which play a role in immunity and helps neutralized free radicals in the body
•pepper – helps activate the benefits of turmeric absorption in our body
Note: in the video I did not put pepper, you can put pepper when you ready to drink it.
